I have done Yoga since 20yrs with several teachers including Yoga holidays abroad and I can say that Elisa is the best teacher I have had. I have started Yoga with Elisa more than10yrs ago. I am not one of the most flexible students (despite years of Yoga!!) but Elisa considers all levels which makes her session very welcoming for all. I can highly recommend her whatever level you are.
I have also had a TM check with Elisa recently (and will book another one) which was very helpful, she simply brought me back onto the right TM technique/path.

I have practised yoga on and off for the past 20 years, however it was not until the pandemic when I discovered Yoga with Elisa.
I followed the classes religiously and not only did my technique improve vastly but I improved in strength and was able to perform moves such as headstand and crow, my chattaranga is stronger than ever. And my flexibility and mobility is increasing my the week. I love Elisa’s teaching style, she is very clear and descriptive when moving through a pose making it easy to follow, she also offers variations for varying abilities, the class is also accompanied with yoga philosophy which really focuses me for the class. Thank you Elisa, you have changed my Yoga life 💕💕
