ABOUT ME

In 1999 I learned Ashtanga Yoga at my local gym. In 2002 I learned Transcendental Meditation - it was a game changer, and two years later I found myself studying Vedic Science at Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, Iowa, USA. As a Londoner with French and Irish heritage, I was never really interested in America. I guess the universe had other ideas. I sold my car, did a bit of fundraising and had enough money to pay for year one. I booked a one way ticket to the university having never visited the school, or even set foot in the USA. This was all due to my faith in Maharishi and the tremendous benefits I had already downloaded from my twice daily practice of TM.

Those four years studying and deep diving into Consciousness via the TM technique shaped my spiritual world and gave deep insight into this game called life. After all that meditation and studies completed I moved to sunny Los Angeles where I had an extremely bumpy ride navigating corporate America and the outside world. After a year of what I can only call major stress and failure, I returned home to gloomy old London. In 2008 began teaching my own style of Dynamic Yoga, and have continued evolving my practice to suit the needs of my clients ever since.

In 2019 I finally took the big step to go on Transcendental Meditation Teacher Training. As a massive lover of the outside world, I was nervous to say the least. The training was women only, six months intensive. We did not leave campus the entire time. Intense is the word. Keeping me going was the knowledge - Maharishis teaching is so profoundly transformative, I knew I had to hang in there and complete the training in order to fully qualify and bring the method to the people. Meditation has been misunderstood for a very long time, and the market is flooded with all sorts of non sense. I plan to teach TM to as many people who are open and ready to learn the art of meditation. This ancient knowledge is for everyone, and works for everyone who sits down and does the practice as they were taught.
