This extended class is hand balance 1-oh-1! We will examine Crow Pose as a starting point to work on the tools, techniques and drills to improve your form and enhance your practice. Working your new skills into fun transitional flows and establish the foundations for bringing hand balances and headstands into your everyday practice.
Class will include a mini warm-up flow, before diving into the good stuff to have you flying in no time.
